Observations on repeated borrowers in Invoice Financing.
a. Borrower ID 278258 (invested 2x)
- 1 outstanding note.
- MBIF - 18110012 Defaulted
b. Borrower ID 394867 (invested 7x)
- 4 outstanding notes.
- MBIF - 18120011 Miss. Reason of delay "slow in collection from their debtors"
c. Borrower ID 026020 (invested 14x)
- 3 outstanding notes.
- MBIF - 19010007 Miss (made partial payment, ~20%). Reason of delay "still waiting for their debtors to make payment"
d. Borrower ID 336121 (invested 8x)
- 2 outstanding notes.
- MBIF - 19030020 Miss. Reason of delay "collection issue from their debtors". They proposed to restructure.
Question to all.
If one of the current note having problem and turn into default/restructure, does that mean that the subsequent outstanding notes will be treated as default as well?
In FS SG case, borrower ID 5665 has multiple outstanding notes and when 1 note turns bad, all notes under this borrower were classified as bad too. Does this apply also in FS MY?
