Was hoping to see if anyone has experience with Judicial Management and what are the typical outcomes.
I read an article on Yahoo - https://sg.finance.yahoo.com/news/judicial-management-does-063746170.html
and there seems to be some timelines, like 60 days for a statement and 180 days for the duration. However, just wanted to know if anyone here has experience with this and could share their views/opinions.
Some starter questions might be:
- How to tell who has applied? ie. the company, the directors, the creditors?
- Is there any public information available?
- What can creditors do? ie. vote for judicial management or not, get updates, make proposals for debt collection?
(Wasn't sure where to place this, so Mods please move to where you think it is suitable)
