After seeing the ever growing default and write off figures in fundaztic.
And read the actions taken, fundaztic is too soft in their collection effort. Now they are allowed use collecting agency a big yes. But looking at those notes that they only go for bankrupt the person is too soft. The process is too BANK .
Fundaztic. Please go towards Garnishee, and also SITA any stocks and assets of the people.
You are not a BANK and you guys no longer work in BANK.
Your actions are too soft.
As insolvency act amended to RM50k requirements for bankruptcy that's makes notes below RM50k not worth your time to invest, it will take too long to roll it up to 50k. And the business owner is free to do anything at these time.
Then your updates will be "too small to proceed bankruptcy actions" then sit on it and hope the collection agency do their work..
FIRM up please..
CIMB (Singapore) ties up with SESAMI-Capital Match. Don’t think it will affect us. We’re not going to crowdfund CIMB’s customers. It’s mainly about streamlining processes for CIMB invoice financing customers using technology that SESAMi and Capital March is using.

According to the announcement of the Central Bank of Kosovo from December 6, 2019, the licenses for the business in this country have been revoked for loan originators IuteCredit and Monego.
We are identifying all possible aspects and the nature of the impact of this situation for investors on Mintos.
At this point, loan originators still haven’t received the decision documentation of the Central Bank of Kosovo regarding the two loan originators. In interests of our investors, we have suspended loans issued in Kosovo for both IuteCredit and Monego from the Primary and Secondary market on Mintos.
We will be sharing updates with all affected investors as soon as we have more information. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience.

I would like to ask if it’s possible to transfer money to and from my broker in the US (Interactive Brokers). I see that some folks have also asked the same question below and would like to know if Instarem has got it enabled. Thanks you!
